About TCU
TCU [The Creative Unit] is a LLC registered with Grayscale Enterprises .
1. Scope of Services
TCU provides complete design, development and digital marketing services to individuals, professionals, agencies, startups, businesses, small and medium sized enterprises and large corporations.
- Digital marketing services
- Website design and development services
- Ecommerce development services
- Mobile app development services
- Website and mobile app audit and monetization
Services are available as one-time projects, bundled packages, or retainer-based engagements.
2. Client Engagement
All services are initiated through a formal contract. Every client engagement includes:
- A signed service agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing
- A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensuring confidentiality
3. Ownership & Rights
Clients retain full ownership of all deliverables, including designs, code, campaign data, marketing plans and strategies and brand assets. TCU does not claim authorship, publishing rights, or royalties.
Portfolio usage (e.g. for design showcases or marketing samples) is optional and only included with explicit permission and consent from the client.
4. Revisions & Refunds
We define Scope of Work and limits in each agreement.
Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions, or as stated in the contract or as per mutual agreement with the client on a case to case basis.
Revisions must be requested within specific days of file delivery as mentioned in the contract.
Refunds are not issued after project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Timelines & Delays
Estimated timelines are shared at project start. Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete inputs, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.
If TCU initiates a delay, clients will be notified promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide clear project briefs, materials, and timely feedback
- Respond within agreed timelines for edits, approvals, or inputs
- Non-responsiveness beyond specific number days (as decided in contract) may result in project pause or closure.
7. SMS Terms and Opt-In Process
By opting in for SMS, you agree to receive project related updates from The Creative Unit about our services, including web design, logo design, and digital marketing. You understand the following:
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Data Charges:: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out of receiving further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance with SMS messages.

8. Payment Terms
Payments must be made upfront or in milestone-based installments as agreed.
Services begin after the receipt of first payment.
9. Legal
All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. TCU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Clients will be informed of material changes.
