1.1. The Company aims to ensure Client satisfaction with the initial service deliverables.
1.2. If the Client is not satisfied with the initial concepts or initial delivery, the Client may request a refund of the initial payment, subject to the deductions described in Section 1.3.
1.3. A service and processing fee of USD $50.00 shall be deducted from any eligible refund.
1.4. Refund eligibility ends once any approval has been granted in writing by email or SMS.
1.5. If payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be issued to the same credit card account.
1.6. Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days from approval of the refund request.
1.7. For the purposes of this policy, “written approval” means approval provided via email or SMS.
Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances set forth in Sections 2.1 through 2.6.
A refund shall not apply if written approval has been issued (via email or SMS) for any of the following:
2.1.1. The primary design concept.
2.1.2. Any project phase, including but not limited to strategy, design, development, or deployment.
2.1.3. Website or mobile application designs.
2.1.4. The developed product being delivered, deployed, or released live.
2.1.5. Once source files for a mobile application have been handed over and received by the Client in writing by email or SMS, no refund shall apply.
2.1.6. For website projects, no refund shall apply once the Client has approved the design in writing by email or SMS and the project has proceeded to development.
A refund shall not apply if:
2.2.1. The Client has not communicated with the Company for fourteen (14) or more consecutive days.
2.2.2. The project has been placed on hold at the Client’s request in writing by email or SMS.
2.2.3. The Client fails to supply required project information, materials, or a complete creative brief.
2.2.4. The Client requests a complete design change after written approval has already been given by email or SMS.
A refund shall not apply if:
2.3.1. The Client has engaged another agency, contractor, or designer for the same project after approving work in writing by email or SMS.
A refund shall not apply due to reasons unrelated to services rendered, including but not limited to:
2.4.1. Change of business direction or strategy.
2.4.2. Business dissolution or name change.
2.4.3. Change of mind.
2.4.4. Partner disagreement.
2.4.5. Any reason not related to the service performance.
2.4.6. Written approval remains binding where previously given via email or SMS.
A refund shall not apply if:
2.5.1. Multiple rounds of revisions have been accepted in writing via email or SMS.
2.5.2. The Client has requested revisions.
2.5.3. The Client has purchased a discounted or special package.
2.5.4. For bundled service packages, a refund only applies to the specific disputed service and not the entire bundle.
A refund shall not apply:
2.6.1. After fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
2.6.2. For services including, but not limited to: Social Media Marketing/Management, SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting Services, Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS), or other subscription-based or third-party licensed services.
3.1. The Company reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any project or engagement at its sole discretion.
3.2. Upon cancellation and issuance of any applicable refund, the Client shall relinquish all rights to use any materials or concepts previously provided.
3.3. All materials remain exclusive property of the Company.
3.4. Written approvals via email or SMS are legally binding and enforceable.
4.1. Upon refund issuance, the Client shall hold no rights, ownership, license, or permission to use any material previously submitted.
4.2. Any attempted use of said materials will constitute infringement.
5.1. The Client acknowledges that only written approval via email or SMS shall be accepted as valid authorization for any stage of service progression.
5.2. Oral approval, verbal confirmations, or messaging through unverified platforms (including WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media) shall not constitute valid approval unless explicitly documented and confirmed via email or SMS.
6.1. Payment for services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
6.2. The Client confirms they have reviewed these terms and agree to comply.
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this policy without notice.
7.2. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern.
